Refund policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy for USA orders, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, except for non-returnable items.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items (FINAL SALE) or gift cards.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@houtathletica.com.

  • Authorized Returns: We will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fees & Exchanges

  • USA Exchanges: Your first exchange is free. For any subsequent exchanges, a flat $8 processing fee will apply.

  • USA Refunds: While we provide a return label, a flat $8 processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • International: The items are FINAL SALE only, meaning no exchange or return possible.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@houtathletica.com.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
