Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly so it might be hard to do so, but if you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at support@houtathletica.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Are returns free?
Returns are free for domestic orders. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return or exchange?
We don't offer exchange yet. Please do a return et make a new order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Where are your products made?
We work with a factory in China, Jiangxi Province, audited by BSCI to ensure environmental and labor standards.
